Under the new legislation, all UK businesses employing upwards of 250 staff are required to disclose their Gender Pay Gap.

We can report that our Gender Pay Gap is 14.46% (mean) and 1.44% (median) and our Bonus gap for 2018  0%(mean), 0%(median).

The hourly rate quartiles are as follows:

Lower   Male – 20.00% Female  – 80.00%

Lower Middle   Male – 10.42% Female  – 89.58%

Upper Middle   Male – 22.11% Female  – 77.89%

Upper    Male – 17.53% Female  – 82.47%
