As a Store Manager, you can expect to manage in one of our stores leading a team to provide a first class service. You will set an example of exceptional management and develop and drive the performance of your team. You will deliver high standards, drive sales, keep costs within budget and provide excellent customer service. Our aim is to recruit Store Managers that can make a difference and bring a leadership style that will inspire and bring the best out of our in store teams.

Ideally you would be successfully performing in one of the following roles: Store Manager, Retail Manager, Supermarket Manager and Branch Manager.

Successful candidates must have experience of managing a retail store ideally in a food environment Put the customer at the heart of everything you do!

Enjoy working in a fast paced/target driven environment Have a positive and flexible approach to work.



The most important thing is that you have lots of enthusiasm, are motivated and can deliver excellent levels of customer service. Duties include supervising shifts, managing deliveries, implementing company strategies, serving customers and operating the till. This is a key holder position.
